Shawnee Volunteer Fire Co. is made up of men and women who provide fire protection and emergency medical service to the Town of Wheatfield on an all-volunteer basis. We're always looking for new members to serve as firefighters, EMTs, apparatus drivers, and other support roles.
1. Complete & Submit Application — Fill out the form below.
2. Background Check — Conducted with the Niagara County Sheriff's Office, as required by NYS law.
3. Interview — Meet with the Shawnee VFC internal review board to review requirements and ask questions.
4. Voting — Your application is brought before the general membership at the next monthly meeting.
